Terms of Use
These terms apply to apps, software and services provided by Talent Pool Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria, VAT ID BG207455483, registered address Mladost 1A, bl. 522, ent. 4, fl. 4, ap. 77, 1729 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us").
Our App Store apps are licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, unless an app states its own terms.
Software outside the App Store
Some apps work with companion software we provide outside the App Store, such as the cw agent for Mac that comes with Claude Watch, and with online services we run, such as the Claude Watch relay. You may use them for your own personal use with our apps. They are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue them. You remain responsible for what you approve on your own computer.
Subscriptions
Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the apps or their services.
Liability
Our apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Talent Pool Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts there. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
