This policy explains how Talent Pool Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data in the apps we publish on the Apple App Store and on this website. If an individual app has its own section below, that section adds to this policy.

Short version

Information we collect

Data you give us

If you email us or create an account in one of our apps, we receive the details you provide, such as your name and email address. We use them only to provide the service and to reply to you.

Data stored on your device or in iCloud

Content you create in our apps is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account. We cannot access data in your iCloud account.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These do not identify you.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our web server, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting, and keeps them only for a short time. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when you open a page.

Claude Watch

Claude Watch connects Claude Code on your Mac to your Apple Watch through a relay server we run. This section describes exactly what it processes.

What leaves your Mac

When Claude Code needs you, the cw agent sends the relay only what the watch needs to show the prompt:

The agent shortens this content but does not remove secrets from it. If a command or file content shown to Claude Code contains a password or key, part of it may be sent. Your code, files and Claude Code conversation are not otherwise sent.

The relay

The relay runs on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). Data travels to and from it over encrypted connections (TLS). Prompt content is stored on the relay without end-to-end encryption, so the relay can read it. We do not look at it except when you ask us for help. The relay deletes prompts and answers at most 24 hours after they are created, and ended sessions 24 hours after their last update. Its logs record errors and request IDs, not prompt content or IP addresses.

Your answers

Your watch signs every answer with a private key that never leaves the watch's Keychain. Your Mac only accepts answers signed by the watch you paired, so the relay cannot approve anything on your behalf.

Pairing and notifications

Pairing uses a 6-digit code that the relay keeps in memory for 5 minutes, and your watch's public key. To send notifications, the relay stores your watch's push token from Apple and a hashed device token. These are kept until you pair a different watch, until Apple reports the token is no longer valid, or until you ask us to delete them.

Notifications are delivered by Apple Push Notification service. They contain the session name and a short text: the command or question (up to 180 characters) or Claude's last message. For questions they may also include the answer options. Apple processes notifications under its own privacy policy.

What Claude Watch does not do

No accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Settings on your Mac are stored in ~/.claude-watch and your watch's keys in its Keychain.

We process this data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

How we use information

We use information only to run and improve our apps, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving our apps, and your consent where required.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run our apps (for example hosting or email), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it. Our hosting provider is Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU). Push notifications are delivered by Apple Push Notification service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@talentpool.dev. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
